PERU DELI is a Peruvian fushion restaurant in Palermo, Buenos Aires. Our proposal is a complete re-design of the existing restaurant to reflect the buzz and colour of a typical Peruvian street scene. Based on the idea of a street market, the bar area is clad in recycled crates filled with a wealth of local products. The wall motifs in golds are taken from traditional Peruvian artworks.
