BROT is a gourmet Austrian bakery in Recoleta in the heart of Buenos Aires. We wanted to create a special setting to show of our clients' beautiful gourmet products so we designed a bakery in the style of a jewellery shop with glass cases and individually lit shelves in an elegant palette of warm browns, beiges and yellows.
