Design management of a fully bespoke workplace for QuintoAndar, a leading property technology (PropTech) company. The scheme delivered a dynamic, high-quality environment including a statement town hall, layered breakout spaces, relaxed lounges and focused office areas, carefully curated to balance collaboration, flexibility and privacy.
Each space expressed the company’s brand identity through colour, materiality and detailing, creating a cohesive yet varied workplace that supports both community and individual work. Full oversight of the design process ensured consistency, refinement and quality throughout.
